Q: How long will it take to get my fish done?
A: Currently, there is a 6 month's turn-around time.

Q: How much does it cost?
A: My pricing is 24.00 per inch. I am currently only creating reproduction replica mounts. I require a 50% deposit. After 30 days from receiving notice of completion of work, a 10% cost will be added to the bill. After 60 days, the piece is forfeited. I accept Money Orders, Personal Checks & Cash.

Q: Do you do repairs or touch-ups on existing mounts?
A: Yes! Cost is based on the extent of the repairs and how much time I put in on your mount.

Q: How do I prepare my fish before bringing it to you?
A: Ideally, coating your fish with borax before freezing is recommended. Freeze in at least a double layer of plastic, getting all the air out that you can and get to the taxidermist as soon as possible.

Q: Will you mount my fish on a plaque or board that I provide?
A: I normally attach fish to wall mount driftwood at a charge of 15.00 or can attach to a provided base, also I can build custom pedestal bases.

Q: How do I care for my finished fish mount?
A: All finished fish mounts, whether they be fiberglass replicas or skin mounts, should be kept out of direct sunlight to reduce fading from UV light. They also need to be dusted to keep that "just caught" luster. Skin mounted fish must be kept away form a heat source (such as a working fireplace).
